This Refund Policy explains how exchanges, returns and refunds work for products sold by Limpex Produtos de Limpeza Residencial e Automotiva LTDA (“Limpex”, “we”), CNPJ 63.739.079/0001-97, Rua Natal, 103, Loja, São Benedito, Santa Luzia – MG, 33120-560, Brazil. Specific conditions agreed in a quote, order or contract prevail over this general policy, and nothing here limits your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990).
1. Purchases made in the store
Products purchased in person may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, in their original packaging and presented with proof of purchase. Exchanges of products without defects bought in the store are a courtesy offered under these conditions.
2. Purchases made remotely
For purchases made outside the store, such as by WhatsApp or phone, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of receiving the products, as provided in article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code. Products must be returned unused, and all amounts paid, including any delivery fee, will be refunded.
3. Defective or incorrect products
If a product has a defect, such as leaking or damaged packaging, a broken seal or an item different from the one purchased, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will replace the product or, when replacement is not possible, you may choose a refund or a proportional price reduction, as provided by law.
4. Opened chemical products
For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used cleaning products cannot be returned, except in cases of defect or as otherwise provided by law.
5. How refunds are made
Approved refunds are made using the original payment method, or by bank transfer or Pix, within up to 10 business days after approval.
